In fact, there's evidence that the recession is causing selling and shopping activity on eBay to actually increase. Their affiliate program was revamped about a year ago and while it is still smoothing out some of its rough edges, the folks running it are really working hard to make it a top-notch program that rewards dedicated affiliates. They're picky about who they accept because they're serious about drawing quality traffic. While "selling stuff" is a common eBay business model, there are many others, such as affiliate marketing of course, and a plethora of lesser-known ones weaved in between...
