Probably still checking my email every 5 – 10 minutes a day like Jim Edwards – the confessed email addict – used to do.
I wonder if he too was getting carpal tunnel syndrome from hitting the spam delete button 3,000 times a day?
Jim had help to cure his addiction by using a nifty piece of FREE software that lets you block programs you select for specified periods of time.
Eliminate temptation by eliminating access.
