An Easter Weekend Project: Take a Break!

Many of you will take a 3 or 4-day break from work this weekend to celebrate Easter. If so, and you plan to spend lots of that time working on your web sites, I have the perfect Easter weekend ‘project’ for you…

Take a Break!

Stepping back from your business every now and again is a GOOD thing to do. (I know, as I take more breaks and vacations than anyone I know).

You definitely need a break if…

You spend so much time at the computer that your family misses you and complains about your absence. Or, if you feel frustrated or bogged down with how your business is progressing. Feeling that way actually causes you to lose focus and slows your progress.

When you step back and relax for awhile, you’ll find that you gain clarity, perspective and focus; and that makes everything about your business run more smoothly.

So, enjoy your weekend ‘project’ and have a Happy Easter!

    Hi Rosalind:

This is not a comment on a particular post, but just a note to let you know that I find your blog has a lot of useful suggestions.

I purchased your Super Affiliate Handbook some time ago, and have found it very useful. It is surprising now to see some people offering “new” ideas on the Web that you had already covered several years ago in your e-book.

    I also receive your newsletter.

    Keep up the good work.

  2. Hi Dennis,

That was a lovely and kind comment to wake up to this morning. Thanks very much!

    Cheers,

Aww! But I just had an enforced break (computer in the shop for a new power supply)!

Seriously, yes, take a break this weekend, folks. At least one day, if not the entire weekend. It feels good and it’s great for the entire family. I’m making Easter egg bread with my kids this morning, and spending time with the inlaws (not a scary thing) tomorrow.

  4. Hi Stephanie,

Did you say EGG bread? I LOVE egg bread… and haven’t had any in YEARS. Mmmm… lucky you! :-)

    Cheers,
