If so, you might be interested in the “SonyStyle Notebook PC Trade-In Program.” You can trade in your old notebook (any brand) for credit at Sony online or retail stores.
All you have to do is complete a form (entering manufacturer, series, process type and speed, etc.) using their online estimator, and then arrange your trade-in by mail or at a SonyStyle store.
By the way, if you don’t have one yet, you’ll love Sony’s Vaio laptops.
Mine’s so small it fits in my purse… a very small purse. The only downside is that I needed stronger reading glasses to see the tiny 10.4″ screen, so you might want to get one with a bigger screen.
