Your suggestion to Linda maybe should have included one further step. That would be, to email the affiliate program manager first and advise of the SPAM being sent out and tell tham that a copy of that email has also been sent to the appropriate authorities. By including the extra step above, you are not only looking after your own interests, you could be helping others out by bringing it to the affiliate manager's attention and having it stopped.
