Have Energy to Succeed Beyond Your Wildest Dreams

Thoreau told us that “The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation.”

I say that unless you have enough energy you will lead a life of desperation trying to make your vision a reality.

Whether you are a bricks and mortar operation or one that is operating an exclusive internet marketing business it is necessary to ensure you have enough energy to fulfill your vision.

When your vision is clear about your product launch, squeeze page or your affiliate program it is necessary to ensure you have the energy behind it for its optimal success.

If you are saying things to yourself such as – I don’t know how to…, I’ll never be able to complete these in time for my launch or I just don’t understand how to make this happen in the time I have then you are sabotaging yourself and your energy.

Some key factors to keep in mind to optimize your energy which will ensure a successful launch.

  1. Ensure you have enough rest.
  2. Plan the entire process out on a white board so that you aren’t zapping your energy reserves and thinking that you’ll forget something.
  3. Remember to stretch every hour during the times you spend in front of your computer. Intel has an automatic chime that goes off a few times every hour to remind their entire workforce to breath and stretch.
  4. A clear desk is a highly productive and guilt-free desk. The less clutter the more sales you can easily achieve. This goes for your desktop.
  5. Energy is used and can be replenished easily when you catch yourself and make corrections, before burning yourself out. Burning yourself out means that your body will take longer to recover and thus sales will not be as consistent as they could be.
  6. Lift the heavy stuff during the times you are most productive. My most productive time is 5:00am to 8:15am. What’s yours?
  7. Energy comes from breathing (not holding your breath) and plenty of water (not soda or caffeine).

I have coached and energetically balanced enough burned out internet marketers, who should be successful, to advise that it is imperative to restore your energy. Many are still working on their plan while others make buckets of money and through the use of simple energy balancing you are more fluid and it’s easier to succeed at accomplishing your vision.

Thanks for sharing this energy tips, truly when you know how to replenish and maintain your strength you can be more productive and your health is not compromise at the same time. A quick coffee break and stretching in between a period of time actually works for me. It was mentioned to drink water and not caffeine beverages. I guess that’s the ideal stuff but I think moderation is still the key to have a balance health and life. ss

Very good advice. Health should come first in any case… What good is being successful if you don’t have the vitality to enjoy it?

It’s counter intuitive at first but I’ve found that taking time away from the computer (to be healthy) makes you more a lot more productive when you ARE in front of it. You’re more focused and can concentrate for longer.

Water…lots of good cold water. 8 hrs of sleep and exercise 2-3 times per week. Eat sensibly avoid alochol and do not neglect your family and friends. I try to do this every single day. My productive times are between 5:00am and 2:00pm. A clear desk is one tip I’ll have to work on.
    Thanks Sheevaun and Rosalind.

  10. I believe that self-confidence is the key. If you don’t think that you can do it, then you can’t.
