Thanks Rosalind for talking about the importance of appropriate business communications! I worked as a bank teller in college and was faced with customers of all temperments. Here’s a secret: I was more helpful to those customers who were polite and calm than those who stormed into the lobby red-faced and cursing. I am sure that the folks who work as support staff for affiliate programs feel the same way I did.

Using “scam” as an accusation is a strong term, which must be reserved for blatant con artists.

Of course, it doesn’t make much sense but sometimes the guru products aren’t the best. But, I am glad you posted this email and letting us know the problem of paul.. not everyone does that

Looks like you have a customer for life thanks to the way you acted with Paul.

Sometimes it can be the easiest of things that have been missed out and they come shouting at you so to speak.

I tend to go throught the read me files. My wife said once that I must be the only guy that actually reads the instructions that comes with flat pack furniture.

I like to get things right and check all the parts are there, then I know it is only my fault if things don’t work as expected.
