Hey! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My web site looks weird when viewing from my iphone. I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that might be able to resolve this problem. If you have any suggestions, please share. Cheers!

To get the url, you can just right click on an image or text link and select ‘copy link location’ (in Firefox)

No need to rummage in the html!

I kept hearing about the Amazon stripe… and just never took the time to figure out what all the fuss was about.

Thanks Ros for the explanation in “short version” style. It was easy to open up Amazon and their is that stripe with everything I need.

Now… how did Amazon get so smart? Making it easy to be an Amazon affiliate… what a concept. LOL

It’s definitely a step in the right direction, but still not as simple as it could be. It would be ideal if we could just get the link on its own – the biggest pain of the whole process (digging the link out of the href expression they give you) is still around.

I was so happy that they did this. I used to keep two amazon windows open whenever I was making a site and it took forever. This is so much faster and simpler. I think my husband was a bit underwhelmed when I was explaining it to him, but he never makes affiliate links.

I think it’s very cool and will make it so much easier for a non techy like me to add products to my site and blog.
