In today's Amerika you can be criminalized for almost anything. You don't necessarily have to break any law because the law is what these criminals say it is. It doesn't matter what your defense is because MySpace will just buy the judge with money (90% of Judges Are Totally Corrupt) the judge will do whatever he has to to put the screws to you. It's sad but very true in today's Amerika. CAN SPAM law is enforced by the FTC and they too will level charges and designate what is and is not spam even if the law was followed. Bulletins in MySpace show up in your account- they are not emailed to you. So how does sending millions of them violate CAN-SPAM?
