Old Dog Learns New PPC Trick

Well, I must say that I’m impressed.

I put the first section of Day Job Killer to the test this past weekend on two different niches — and hurray!!! I’m cleaning up! :-)

The trick is to test first on one small segment of your niche market and get good results and then move to the second, third and forth segments, etc.

If you didn’t pick it up (or didn’t get my email), please read Day Job Killer – What Ros Thinks...

As predicted, Chris and Ken raised the price to $97 from $77, but for the sake of $20, I wouldn’t take a pass. You could easily make your investment in Day Job Killer back in a day.

There are a lot of angry bloggers out there preaching about the evils of DJK. I’ve read that a lot of bloggers are anti-marketing, so DJK is a good target for their wrath. Nice to see that you’re a level headed pragmatist. Me too. A tool is only as evil as the person using it.

Ros I promise I am not stalking you … just working my way through your recent email to me…

Now I too have bought Day Job Killer…

Could you give me a little advice on how tightly you define your products?

I realise that we are targeting those who are hot and ready to buy… so just looking to enter their credit card details… but would you only use this method on a specific model of say Camera? or on a range from the same manufacturer?

Just a quick addition to hates RE affiliates…. I was looking to sell a certian piece of software and found an affiliate program run in the UK to sell it…

When I went to sign up… absolutely ZERO info about commission, cookies, payment details…. so I called up

They gave me waffle about how they couldn’t tell me how much they would pay me until I made sales???? Whats that all about?

I wont name them for legal reasons but anyone out there looking for affiliates… beware… ask the right questions and get the answers.

    Take care
