I had some 'splainin' to do as well as forms to sign just to get back online --- and that was back in the days when there was almost no choice between ISP's in small towns. I had some ‘splainin’ to do as well as forms to sign just to get back online — and that was back in the days when there was almost no choice between ISP’s in small towns.

My advice – go with Aweber.
