Ros Calls Zango Reply “Bullshit”
In my previous entry, I posted the letter from Zango to its affiliates. The letter was rife with lies and deception…
Most noteably, “AdultFriendFinder stopped the campaigns in question and reconfigured them to avoid the potential of having a cookie overwritten or a home page targeted. In short, much ado about very little.”
I call “Bullshit”.
The graphic shown below was pulled AFTER Zango sent that letter.

Much ado about very little?
Maybe Zango thinks a huge decrease in revenues (in one sector, comparing one year to the next) when traffic to the site in fact DOUBLED during that time.
I call it STEALING.
More to come… and look for my next article in Revenue Magazine. It probably won’t contain the terms ‘bullshit’ or ‘pissed off’, but the sentiment will be there.
Still smiling…

Hi Ros,
As usual, I love your hard hitting style and how you call it like you see it. I like someone who calls BS what it is and they don’t mince words about being pissed off.
I ran into something similar with some affiliate programs run by some very unsavory people. If I had my “druthers” I would see to it that these people spent some time in jail — along with the copyright infringers.
One of the things I’ve done in the past is review a lot of different satellite affiliate programs. Similar to the way you’ve reviewed different matchmaking sites, and other affiliate programs, I concentrate mostly on satellite retailers. I read your ebook, but it’s been a while and I really need to sit down and take some time to go through it again and “brush up” on some of your tips.
But, having said that, I must say this: I’m putting together a review site to outline (and critique) various companies in the satellite business. Right now, there’s only one company I will recommend, while the others fall short of expectations.
Stay in touch. You wrote back to me a few months back, but you and both have been too busy to chat. Give me a call sometime and I’ll tell you how it’s going with my Joe Vitale presentation. He’s due to speak on November 16, here in Blanco, and I wish you could be here to see him.
I look forward to hearing from you again. Keep up the good work!

P.S. Contact info is on my URL site.
I liked your latest article on Dell suing some of their affiliate for typosquatting. What with Adwords and PPC, it’s really not all that expensive to advertise in a legitimate manner.
Oh, and on another note: speaking of affiliates getting sued; I myself was recently sued by VMC Satellite CEO. Seems he’s not too happy about losing business that I took away from him… or so he alleges. LOL

P.S. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your articles and postings.
That’s not the only BS they’re up to. I was checking out an adult website called RedTube, and since I live in Pompano, of course, they’re showing women in “Pompano” on they’re ads on RedTube. Well, what’s funny is that one of the supposed women was actually a girl that was on RedTube, and so I clicked on the video and it turned out to be a girl speaking either Russian or some other slavic language. So apparently, the girls they show on thier ads are just pics they rip off from other adult sites.
