Most I've met are handling more than one marketer's affiliate program, so they are available out there. For my money, it's on the potential managers' shoulders to learn the biz and develop the contacts BEFORE they apply to represent anyone's program. Unless, of course, you already have lots of free time to train someone? ;-) Rather than lose the time to train an affiliate manager, would it not make more sense to hire someone already knowledgeable?
