I heard Tony speak at a business event last March & was blown away by his candor and authenticity. An amazing story & not to be missed. Very inspirational. If I was going to go back to having a regular “job”, I would definitely try to get a spot at Zappos.

I’m fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom of 2 sets of twins. I’ve tried Amway, Melaleuca, Usana, surveys which due to my location I’m excluded from, etc to make additional money to no avail. Needless to say I am not good at cold calls or approaching people and hate it when it’s done to me. I need to make an honest income from home to help support my family and am now very cautious. I’ve been scammed many times and it just seems people want your credit card number. Any advise?

Yes, I remember tweeting Tony about not getting into Zappo’s affiliate program and he personally emailed me back.

That’s GREAT customer service for a busy CEO of a $1 Billion company.
