Very nicely done! The only thing I would change is to make your adsense ads blend in with your page, i.e. change the ad background to white. That gray background detracts from the rest of the overall appearance. Just my $.02.

Hi Dudley,

You might want to remove the 7 blank 'link resource' pages as well. They will be confusing and frustrating to your visitors.

Too, I hope you don't plan to link out to non-paying sites from those pages. Try not to send traffic away from your site for free... ever.

Hi Dudley,

I like the look of the website. It looks very nice, very professional on first impression. However, on the "About Us" page you have a headline at the top that reads:

"Nursingagencysuccess was conceived throght the realization of the nursing shortage crisis."

I'm guessing that "throght" was meant to be "through" so you might want to spell check your text to see if there's any other typos like that.

Also, I think I'd use caps to break up the site name so that instead of:

Nursingagencysuccess

You'd have something easier on the eyes:

Nursing Agency Success

I know your website is all three words run together but in this case, readability amongst all the text is critical for your success.

You've got a great start here.
