Please build a successful site for me(awards given)

I am in affiliate bussines over a year now, i have not make any big money. That's why i am ready to ask for help from experienced person to build me a site(with my ideas). But the design would be primary made of his ideas. My financial situation is not very good, but i can give the person a "thanks" and a small money award through paypal for helping my to start my bussiness
