The post is probably generated by someone using some sort of spambot.
The links are never any good, so I'm not sure how it benefits this person. Perhaps it's a sneaky way of generating inbound links, or maybe there's some type of malicious code embedded within these linked sites that will infect your computer with spyware. 
It makes ya wonder though.
