I am tryting to build my site with as much fresh content as possible without using free articles. However, I feel I need direction in writing the "feel" of an article.

My question is....Is it "OK" to read an article from a magazine, book, newspaper, etc., and write the same article idea but in your own words? The article would be simular and have the same topic but the words would be rearranged with some words taken out and my own added in and written with my own styling and preference.

Would this be considered a copywrite infringement or plagarism?

Thanks,
Rainy

Well rainy, there's nothing new under the Sun. I would suggest reading several articles on a subject and looking for more than one perspective before writing writing an article of your own. Invest the time to develop your own opinion so that putting things in your own words is more like experssing yourself and less like thumbing through a Thesaurus. Know what I mean?

be yourself, write how you speak, write often you'll get the hang of writing after a while. you can always buy articles or pay to them written ie elance.com
or find some plr re word it if you like change the keywords.
Writing can be daunting at first.

I do scour magazines for article ideas - but I've never ended up writing an article based on another article. It's usually that an article sparks some new idea for me.
