Are you a member of a hosting / affiliate program gor 10 bucks a month that doesn't accept cancellation except by phone? tried calling 1 760 602 5804 but they seem to be experiencing heavy traffic? tried operator assistance? got through and they ask for your account number? and what do you know - they have your first name / last name / email / domain name but they can't cancel unless you give them your account number? guess what - they never gave you an account number...
what can i do? |

I just joined 3 new hosts last week.
I ran each of them through the ringer first.
Because I want to avoid this kinda stuff.
Who is the host?
And why do you want to cancel?
