How do I get affiliates for a profitable product?

I've never recruited affiliates before and would like some advice. I have a product that is selling well(1-2k per month net) with only adwords for marketing, it may be able to generate 20-50k per month if I can get some affiliates. How does one go about finding and recruiting affiliates?
Here are some product details:
Price: $197
Commission: 60%
Commission amount: $118.20
Conversion rate: about 3%
Audience: Adwords users that want advanced Adwords techniques

I do not want to mention the product name here to alleviate any concern of spamming.

To successful affiliates(>1k net per month):
Do these numbers look good?

I am in the research stage and at the beginning of my execution of my internet marketing adventure. As far as I can tell, these are some of the options for getting affiliates to sign up for your program:

1. put a page on your site for the sign up and to describe why people should sign up

2. have a special microsite devoted to the affiliate program. start an adwords campaign to get traffic to the microsite.

3. register your program on clickbank. Fred Gleeck set his Clickbank commission to 65% so it would stand it. 60% would stand out really well, too.

4. send out an email to your list saying that you started an affiliate program.
