I want to do various websites and different e-books, on different subjects. I want to read a few books on different subjects and then put something together in my own words with ideas from the books that I have read. Is is acceptable? May I then submit my work to be copyrighted to protect myself against infringing on someone else and to also protect my work?
Thank you. Billie |

Hi Billie,
Your plan for researching topics is a fine one.
As for submitting a work for copyright, all you really need to do is place a copyright notice within your book and then get an ISBN number.
If you are in the States, visit www.isbn.org
You may also read more about ISBN on Wikipedia.
Hope that helps!
Cheers,

You are the greatest! I have received two answers to my questions so far from your forum and you are just awesome. I am going to promote your affiliate handbook soon. I am just a newbie, but am staying up late at night after my day job to learn as much as I can and your website and of course, your personal e-mail has helped a lot. Thank you. Billie |
