I cannot find what the problem is: each time I log in with my user ID and password to CJ I am not able to view merchants pictures, in addition I get logged off every 5 min, and when I click on the help page, 'error on page' message shows up.
Has any of you encountered a similar problem? Please help, or give me 'help' email address for someone at CJ so I can ask their tech representative.

I suggest you contact CJ directly through the affiliate interface --- provided you can stay logged on long enough to do so.
Perhaps write your query before you login, just to make sure. |
