The niche of your site doesn't have too much to do with the editor you use. Instead you have to think about how it's going to function. In other words are you interested in putting together your own dating site where people meet? Is it paid or free? Or are you interested in becoming an affiliate marketer for those who already have a dating site?
You'll have to answer questions about how you'll do affiliate marketing if that's your aim. Will you have an ezine?
I would first surf the net, a lot, and look at other sites both in and out of your niche. Then decide what functions you want it to have. THEN start thinking about how you want it built.
You may have all of this done already - if so give us an idea of what you want and maybe you'll get some great answers.
