Canadian domains

Have an of you used the .ca domain with any success? I have a site with one and I'm thinking I should use a .com one for the next site I start.

Hi Angela,

A Canadian .ca domain extension may be advantageous if you are selling to a Canadian audience in Canadian dollars.

If you plan to sell to people in different countries around the world however, I would highly recommend registering a .com domain name.

With a product that holds appeal outside of Canada I personally wouldn't risk the perception that the product is designed or intended only for Canadians, and perhaps lower my sales.
