Hello from Kenya

Hi my name is Oscar am from Kenya in Africa.
I signed up with netprofits today because i would like to earn a livin online.
I have just started to learn affiliate marketing on the net and i am hoping that i will learn enough to earn a living online.

I have been reading about affiliate marketing online and have subscribed to a number of ezines, but the reason why i have not taken the necessary steps is due to where i come from.
(I come from Kenya in Africa.) its not like there is anything wrong with coming from Kenya, its one of the most beautiful countries in Africa.

its just that i have noticed some merchants wont let you promote their products due to "geographical reasons" so in that case what are the chances of guys like me. The other reason is that of payment, how do merchants pay guys like me, dont we have transaction problems? (need help on this one) So i need some advice before i get my feet wet.

I really feel for you, 'cause you're right, folks from Kenya have a much harder time doing business online than anyone in North/South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand ...

I think the basics for starting are a credit card and an address outside of Africa, preferably in the States.

I've listed [urlhttp://netprofitstoday.com/marketing-tools/MyUS.com.html]MYUS.com [/url] in the "Productivity" section of the NPT Marketing Tools directory.

Essentially, all your mail would go there, and then MyUS.com forwards it to you.

Make sure you've got all your ducks in a row before you engage this type of service however. ie. a sound business plan, etc.

Anyway, just an idea.

If anyone has any other ideas that they want to share here, that would be MUCH appreciated!
