Welcome to the forum. The first thing you should do is edit the link in your signature so it leads to the main site. The link you have now is dead and shows, "The requested URL /affiliate was not found on this server."
As an affiliate manager, there will be others here with questions you may be able to answer. Browse around the various topics and participate.
