Hi all,

"Ros, if this should be in a different section, can you please slip it in there as I wasn't sure where to ask this... thanks Smile"

I have tried to log into my CJ account and got the message that it has been deactivated. From reading around the net I see that it is possibly due to lack of activity over the last 6 months. I have a lot of links and banners on sites though and really don't want to sign up to CJ again and have to change all the links and banners due to my account number changing.

Is there a way to contact CJ (normally you have to log into your account to contact them - but this option isn't open to me) to try and get them to reverse the decision to deactivate my account?

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks.

Hello Simon

All contact information is on this page: http://www.cj.com/about/contact.jsp

You can get to that page from the About Us link. There's a toll free number in the US Headquarters section.

Simon, I was able to reach them via this help form located here when they did the same thing to my account over a year ago. https://members.cj.com/member/foundation/help_form.jsp

Hi All,

Just so everyone knows, back in early 2003, Commission Junction started assessing a a $10 monthly fee on accounts which lie dormant for six months.

So, if you haven't made any money in that length of time, I'd suggest that you close your CJ account, and re-open later when you're ready to promote their merchants' programs.

Cheers,
Ros
