When doing product reviews - If you tried out a product, and if you're not totally pleased with the product should you still affiliate link to it in the review? I mean if someone was recommended the product from their friends or whatever, and they come across your site. They think to theirselves "Oh ya, that product. I was meaning to purchase that". They click on the link. Find out the review wasn't that great, but still think "Hey my friends recommended it, so why not give it a try."
Then they have the link right there, and you're not really forcing or telling anyone to buy this product, but if they wish they have the option. Would this be suggested, or not just link to the product at all? |

Hi Mike,
Well if you've been honest about how you found the product why not supply an affiliate link? You've told the truth and if somebody still chooses to buy that product then so be it.
Another way of looking at it is this. Just because you didn't like the product doesn't mean that somebody else won't love it. It'd be a shame to lose the sale on that basis.
Hope that helps.

Yeah, that's the mindset that I had. Thanks!
