I've spent the last eigteen months searching for something like this (The Super Affiliate Handbook).

I've spent several thousand dollars in the process (between 5 and 6 at the last count), buying all sorts of stuff that I thought would give me a better understanding of internet marketing in general and affiliate marketing in particular. . .products that I hoped would help me build and develop the necessary skills to get up and running with an online income-generator.
